Terms & Conditions
1. Parties
This Agreement is between Pursuit Institute Coaching and Consulting, LLC (7901 4th St N, STE 300, St. Petersburg, FL, 33702) and you, the individual client. Programs and memberships are facilitated by Delynn Miller and the Pursuit Institute Team.
2. No Refunds
All purchases are final. No refunds, credits, or cancellations are permitted once payment is submitted. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for full payment of all fees, regardless of your level of participation.
3. No Guarantees
The VibeCo does not guarantee any specific results or earnings. You recognize and agree that no implications, warranties, promises, or projections have been made to you about future results or earnings with respect to your purchase.
4. Access & IP
Access to content is granted for the duration specified at purchase. All materials are the sole property of The VibeCo. You receive a limited license for personal use only; you may not reproduce, share, or exploit any content without written permission.
5. Liability & Conduct
Coaching and programs are educational and not a substitute for therapy or medical treatment. The Company disclaims all liability for damages arising from your use of materials. You agree to conduct yourself respectfully toward all participants.
6. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved through mediation in Pinellas County, FL, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.
